1. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Once an order is placed, it is sent for fulfillment and shipping as quickly as possible.

Because our products are shipped from international fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or carrier delays.


2. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement at no additional cost
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

4. Lost Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.

If tracking confirms the package was lost in transit, we will:

  • Reship the order, or
  • Issue a refund, depending on availability and circumstances

5. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

⚠️ We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All refunds are processed electronically.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect or accept the package
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color, size, or packaging

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be canceled.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before filing a chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account suspension
  • Loss of refund eligibility
